Our Professional Services

Support for neurodivergent individuals

Support for workplaces, community, fitness, and exercise spaces.

For Individuals
If you're neurodivergent or think you might be, I offer tailored support to help manage daily life and work. Whether it’s a chat about useful apps, coaching to overcome exercise barriers, or a full workplace needs assessment—I’m here to help.

For Workplaces
I provide training, coaching, and consultancy to create more neuroinclusive workplaces. From raising awareness to setting up neurodiversity staff networks, I bring 15+ years of experience in professional services as a neurodivergent advocate.

For Fitness Professionals
Exercise benefits both body and mind, yet many neurodivergent individuals face barriers. As a fitness professional and neurodiversity advocate, I help make fitness spaces more inclusive. Check out my new workshop on supporting neurodivergent clients.

For Communities
I run a Neurodiversity Adults Support Community and am helping Sherborne Pride create a sensory support room and quiet zone for a more inclusive event.

  • I love Emma’s classes, she always gives options to suit all levels and allow us to challenge ourselves as we progress. Classes are professional but also fun.

  • I cannot praise Emma enough, her classes are always stimulating and fun. She takes care to explain each move and offers alternatives for the different abilities present. I am definitely achieving my aim - that is to maintain and improve my general fitness to continue to enjoy skiing, sailing, riding and walking my dog up and down hills well into my eighties!
