About

Hi, I'm Emma

  • I am  a neurodiversity consultant and specialist Workplace Needs Assessor, trained with the British Dyslexia Association (BDA).

  •  A good Workplace Practitioner understands the  workplace. Having worked in international professional services firms for over 15 years, first as a solicitor and then in client relationship management, I have a good understanding of managing the pressures of the workplace.

  • I have experience and success in coaching, mentoring, advising key stakeholders, training and presenting, I very much enjoy using these skills in my  work.

  • I set up and chaired the property industry's first Neurodiversity Staff Network, which is still going strong today. This  prompted me to retrain and move into neurodiversity support full time.

  • I am dyslexic and have used a range of support throughout my working life to help me and others succeed.

Qualifications

  • I completed the BDA's Workplace Needs Assessor program OCN Level 4 and I am fully insured to enable me to provide the services offered.

  • I qualified as a solicitor in 2007 advising on public /private sector projects.

  • Awarded the Diploma in Professional Marketing (Professional Services)  from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2015.

  • In addition, I have completed several coaching and leadership courses in the course of my work, even more relevant to my work today.

I provide practical, professional advice understanding the pressures of the workplace environment.

  • Helping others feel supported in their working lives, get the tools they need, and further understand their learning difference is the brilliant part of being a neurodiversity coach and specialist workplace needs assessor!
