I am a neurodiversity consultant and specialist Workplace Needs Assessor, trained with the British Dyslexia Association (BDA).
A good Workplace Practitioner understands the workplace. Having worked in international professional services firms for over 15 years, first as a solicitor and then in client relationship management, I have a good understanding of managing the pressures of the workplace.
I have experience and success in coaching, mentoring, advising key stakeholders, training and presenting, I very much enjoy using these skills in my work.
I set up and chaired the property industry's first Neurodiversity Staff Network, which is still going strong today. This prompted me to retrain and move into neurodiversity support full time.
I am dyslexic and have used a range of support throughout my working life to help me and others succeed.
Qualifications
I completed the BDA's Workplace Needs Assessor program OCN Level 4 and I am fully insured to enable me to provide the services offered.
