A Workplace Needs Assessment is undertaken to determine the Reasonable Adjustments required for a neurodivergent individual.
We explore in detail your work environment, areas where you are experiencing particular challenges, discuss areas of strength and make recommendations for reasonable adjustments.
Screening can give an indication of the likelihood of dyslexia in a cost effective way.
There are a number of options for screening to suit a range of needs.
Training and workshops
Neurodiversity awareness training, workshop sessions and discussions, for individuals, teams and wider organisations.
Neurodiversity best practice, this could include for example; setting up a Neurodiversity Staff Network or mentoring programme, key areas for an HR team to consider, review of policy and procedures and more in-depth freelance projects.
